Transfer Plan

Congratulations on entering the next phase of your education!  If you are reading this then you are considering a transfer and have decided to take steps to PLAN 4 IT - hooray!!!

Make sure you create a transfer plan for the college AND academic program you plan to admit.  I encourage you to talk with an academic advisor (and/or admissions advisor) about developing your transfer strategy.
