Do's and Don'ts before Tuition is Due
Do remember to double-check your Bobcat account before tuition is due spring term (April 12th, by 5pm, for full-term classes).
Do check to see that you are in everything you thought you were registered for and are withdrawn from everything you do not intend to take Spring term BEFORE tuition deadline (even if you haven't attended the class and thought you were automatically withdrawn).
Don't make the mistake of thinking someone else will fix your schedule or check it for accuracy for you. Ultimately, students are responsible for ensuring their schedules are accurate before tuition is due.
Do check the balance due for courses to ensure you have enough aid or funds to cover the costs.
Do ensure you have met all requirements for financial aid (if applicable to you) and/or made other payment arrangements to avoid late fees.
Don't wait to submit registration/add forms with instructor signatures to add classes. Instructor signatures are dated and will expire in two days - so be sure to submit add slips to Enrollment Services within a timely manner.
Do drop any unwanted courses, to avoid bad grades and balance due by the school for a course you do not intend completing.
Do remember, if you drop before the tuition deadline, the course will not be calculated into your grades or completion rate for financial aid purposes. Only courses you are registered in as of 5pm, April 12th, will count towards your financial aid.
Happy first week of term!
